Yash Raj Shrestha is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC) at the University of Lausanne. He is also Group Head of Applied AI Lab. His research program aims to identify solutions and frameworks for dealing with organizational and technical hurdles that business organizations face when adopting AI-based systems.
Academic Director
Patrick is a Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation of ETH Zurich. His research focuses on the way technology shapes organizational behavior and strategy. He served in the Management Board of IVE (Institute for Value-based Enterprise) and is a founding member of SABER (Study Association Behavioural Economics Rotterdam).

Savindu is a Sri Lankan research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation at ETH Zurich. He is also an Associated PhD Student at ETH AI Center. His research interests include online communities, data-driven decision-Making and strategy as well as artificial intelligence and organization theory.

Yu Fan is a research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation. In addition, he is an associated researcher at ETH AI Center. His research interests include online communities, strategic management of digital technology and artificial intelligence and strategic information systems.

Rudolf is a research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation at ETH Zurich. He is also a Research Associate at the Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Lab and an Associated PhD Student at ETH AI Center. His PhD project is on the use of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management.

Dr. Alavi is the Dean of Georgia Tech and Professor of IT Management. She is an expert in digital innovations and strategic IT applications, and a recognized educator and advisor with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational capability building for a digital age.
Eric von Hippel is a Professor of Technological Innovation in the MIT Sloan School of Management. He specializes in research related to the nature and economics of distributed and free innovation. He also develops and teaches about practical methods that individuals, open user communities, and firms can apply to improve their innovation development processes.
Ce is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at ETH Zurich. The mission of his research is to make machine learning techniques widely accessible—while being cost-efficient and trustworthy—to everyone who wants to use them to make our world a better place. His current research focuses on building next-generation machine learning platforms and systems that are data-centric, human-centric, and declaratively scalable.
Jochen Runde is a Professor of Economics and Organisation at the University of Cambridge. His research interests are decision-making under extreme uncertainty, social ontology and the ontology of technology, explanation in the social sciences, innovation and entrepreneurship, institutional economics and the economics of the Austrian School.
Phanish Puranam is a Professor of Strategy, the Roland Berger Chaired Professor of Strategy and Organisation Design at INSEAD. His current work focuses on different ways in which intelligent algorithms relate to organizations, in their roles as tools (e.g., machine learning applied to organizational data), team-mates (e.g., human-AI collaboration), and as templates for organizing ( blockchain, metaverse).
Karim R. Lakhani is the Dorothy & Michael Hintze Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. He specializes in technology management, innovation, digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI). His innovation-related research is centered around his role as the founder and co-director of the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard and as the principal investigator of the NASA Tournament Laboratory.
Julie Fitzgerald is a Member of the Management Board of PwC Switzerland, responsible for the Growth & Markets sector – including Innovation since July 2013. She has been working with PwC in the UK, Australia and Switzerland for over 20 years and has been a Partner since 1999.
Michael Rebhan is a scientist with experience in biology, bioinformatics, disease profiling, pathway analysis, biomarker discovery and interdisciplinary teams. As Senior Investigator at theNovartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, he is involved in next-generation Precision Medicine approaches, biomarker discovery, translational research, and the development of a cross-functional community in this area.
