New collaboration between SAIL and IRIS.ai

We are pleased to announce a new collaboration between the Strategy and Artificial Intelligence Lab (SAIL) and IRIS.ai.

Thanks to this collaboration, two master thesis projects will be offered to students interested to work on the use of Artificial Intelligence in scientific research.

The goal of the research collaboration between SAIL and Iris.ai is to experimentally and qualitatively test evaluate the use of AI for conducting literature reviews. To reach this goal, SAIL is recruiting two master students to conduct their thesis under a research agreement. In the first master thesis, the student will be in charge to setup an experiment. In the second master thesis, the student will qualitatively evaluate the benefits and drawback from using AI by conducting a series of interviews among IRIS.ai’s users.

We encourage students with a background in Biology, Chemistry, or Computer Science interested to conduct their master thesis with SMI to apply. Interested? Contact Estevan Vilar (evilar@ethz.ch).
